If TikTok Shop keeps cancelling orders on its own and your account health score is falling, look at your warehouse setup before anything else.
How it happens
TikTok Shop routes each order to a warehouse that shows stock for that product. If a warehouse shows stock that isn’t really there, orders sent to it can never ship. They pass the shipping deadline, get auto-cancelled, and each one counts against your fulfilment score.
A real example
One brand we took on had three warehouses connected: its real fulfilment partner, an old supplier it no longer used, and a duplicate of that old supplier. The duplicate still showed stock for 14 products that only existed at the real warehouse. The result was 817 auto-cancelled orders and an account health score of 60 out of 200.
How to check your shop
- Open your warehouse list in Seller Center and note every active warehouse.
- For each product, compare the stock each warehouse shows with what is physically there.
- Look for old suppliers, test warehouses or duplicates that are still active.
- Check which warehouse your cancelled orders were routed to.
How to fix it
- Set stock to zero in any warehouse that doesn’t really hold the product.
- Remove or deactivate warehouses you no longer use.
- Keep evidence, such as screenshots and supplier letters, at the time issues happen. Appeals without it are usually rejected.
- Consider Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) for your best sellers to take shipping deadlines off your plate.
After the fix, that brand’s account health climbed back above 100 with no new violations. If your shop has the same symptoms, our TikTok Shop team can take a look.
